I will be living in Alicante, Spain from January 14 - June 3, 2011 to study-abroad at Uni of Alicante. I plan to take a few trips to different places throughout Europe on weekends and the long spring break the students are allotted. This blog will be for those at home to keep up with me and everything that's going on - ENJOY and post comments beneath the blog entries.
P.S. the time of each post is in CET (central European time)... not EST (eastern standard)! Read blogs below!!

Felix, see LinkedIn Terms of Service changes plus tools to manage your privacy & security
At LinkedIn, our fundamental philosophy is "members first." We believe it’s essential for you to always feel informed and empowered with respect to your information on LinkedIn. This email is all about your privacy and security, and the tools we offer to protect them — it's worth the read.
While we work hard behind the scenes to protect you and your data, we’re also committed to providing you with tools to manage your privacy and security. Here are three tools to take a look at:
1. Choose how your information is shared
We have additional privacy settings you can turn on or off, depending on what you want to share, display, or receive. Here are some of the options you'll find in your settings:
Turn on/off activity broadcasts
Select who can see your activity feed
Select what people see when you've viewed their profile
Select who can see your connections
Change your profile photo and visibility
Block members for added privacy
2. Protect your account with two-step verification
A good indicator of a protected website connection is the https:// you might see in your browser address bar. While we automatically secure a connection for pages with sensitive information (such as credit card info), you can also turn this on when viewing all pages across LinkedIn — learn how. We’re working on making this a default across LinkedIn.
